About

“I work with people at great depth because I have been there myself.
Life has ‘life’d’ me – a lot.”
– Sarah-Jayne Hayden-Binder
I am an experienced kinesiology practitioner who has been in professional practice and teaching for the Creative Kinesiology School since 2006. I have been a Director of Kinesiology since 2020 and currently teach the following courses:
The Life Tracking Foundation Course
Practice Management for Complementary Health Practitioners
Releasing Trauma & Building Resilience – working with the Vagus Nerve
Combined Professional Training in Creative Kinesiology
I am a mum of two young men: one has flown the nest; one is in my care as he has complex needs. I love growing food, walking, big skies, and wild swimming. I delight in walking beside my clients and students, supporting them to become more of who they are, through healing the blockages that stand in their way.
I love my work as its deep and varied and rich.
I work with clients with issues such as – reducing pain, building stamina, clearing blocks to personal progress, navigating tough times, healing from past incidents, discovering their innate gifts and talents, listening to their OWN deep wisdom, creating new businesses, and following the path of their heart.
I always feel a deep sense of wonder working beside my clients in sessions and workshops, unravelling their stories and potential, and empowering them in clearing their way forward. It is humbling, and I love my work.

“I love the transformation that happens when clients feel safe, witnessed and meet this work.”
– Sarah-Jayne
The body knows the answers; I ask the questions that unlock hidden potential.
With lived experience of Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, learning challenges, Auditory Processing Disorder, cPTSD, and Pathological Demand Avoidance, Sarah-Jayne understands how to navigate the education system for children with complex needs and secure the right support.
SJ teaches under the umbrella of the Creative Kinesiology School and has been a director of Creative Kinesiology Ltd since 2020, having been on the management team for many years prior.
Since 2008, Sarah-Jayne has immersed herself in the principles and practices of the Medicine Wheel of the Americas. This approach provides a broad Indigenous perspective, deep connection, and powerful perspective on the place of humans in the Sacred Hoop of life. More recently, she has worked with the Way of Ceremony (with Annie Spencer), which reconnects us to the land, nature, and the bigger picture. SJ has received some teachings of Nepalese Shamanism from Bhola Banstola (a 14th-generation shaman) and worked with Carolyn Hillyer on Dartmoor. These various threads come together in Sarah-Jayne’s practice, allowing her to offer rich, deep, and varied sessions.
Sarah-Jayne meets clients and students where they are, empowering them to bring lasting change.
